I. Conditions for Returns
This website supports return and refund applications that meet the following conditions. Considering the characteristics of EDC (Everyday Carry) products, we distinguish between no-reason returns and reasoned returns, balancing consumer rights with the special nature of the products:

(I) Seven-Day No-Reason Return

For EDC accessories purchased from this website, you can apply for a no-reason return within 7 days of receiving the goods (calculated from the day after the logistics receipt date), in accordance with the “Interim Measures for Seven-Day No-Reason Return of Online Purchased Goods,” without needing to provide a reason for the return.

2. No-reason returns must meet the following requirements for the goods to be in good condition: the product itself, accessories, trademarks, outer packaging, instruction manual, etc., must be complete and able to maintain their original quality and function; the product packaging may only be opened for inspection purposes, or reasonable adjustments may be made to confirm the product’s quality and function, without affecting the determination of the product’s good condition. 3. The following situations are not eligible for the seven-day no-reason return policy. If you have confirmed the relevant terms before purchase, this website reserves the right to refuse your no-reason return request:

– Customized EDC accessories (such as engraving, personalized modifications, etc., clearly marked as “customized products” on the product details page);

– EDC accessories whose quality may be altered or affect resale after opening (such as surface wear or damage to the protective layer after opening);

– EDC accessories that have been activated or used and whose value has significantly decreased (such as dedicated storage items, maintenance items, etc., which cannot be restored to their original condition once used);

– EDC accessories that are nearing their expiration date or have minor defects (not affecting use) as clearly stated at the time of sale, and which you have confirmed at the time of purchase;

– Accessories subject to national regulations (this website does not sell regulated accessories. If a regulated accessory is mistakenly sold due to special circumstances, it will be handled according to relevant regulations and is not eligible for the no-reason return policy). (II) Reasonable Returns (Quality Issues/Logistics Issues)

If the EDC accessories you receive have any of the following issues, you may apply for a return and refund at any time, regardless of the 7-day time limit. This website will bear the return shipping costs and provide compensation based on the actual situation:

– Quality Issues: Deformed, cracked, loose, or detached accessories; peeling or rusting of the plating (not caused by human use); dimensions significantly different from those stated on the product details page; malfunctioning functions, etc.

– Logistics Issues: Goods damaged, lost, or contaminated during transportation (proof of damage, such as photos and delivery receipts, is required);

– Wrong Item Received: The received product model, specifications, and style match the order, but the material and workmanship significantly differ from the description (comparison of actual product photos and order screenshots is required). (III) Special Circumstances Under Which Returns Are Not Accepted

– The product has been used, modified, disassembled, or damaged by human intervention, resulting in changes to its quality or function, rendering it unsaleable;

– Missing accessories, outer packaging, instructions, etc., affecting resale (excluding minor damage to outer packaging due to logistics and transportation);

– Returns due to your personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong model, disliking it, or it being unsuitable), and exceeding the 7-day no-reason return period;

– Damage to EDC accessories due to improper use or maintenance (such as rust, deformation, or breakage);

– No valid order information or inability to prove the product was purchased from this website.

II. Return Application Process

To ensure an efficient and orderly return process, please follow these steps to apply for a return and avoid any delays due to improper procedures:

2. Review and Confirmation: This website will complete the review within 24 hours (working days) of receiving your return application. The review result will be notified to you via website message, SMS, or email. If the review is approved, we will provide you with the return address, contact person, and contact number, and clarify return precautions (such as accessory packaging requirements, prohibited items, etc.). If the review is rejected, we will explain the reasons for rejection in detail, and you can reapply after supplementing your supporting documents.

3. Return of Goods: You must return the product and related accessories, outer packaging, instruction manual, etc., to the designated return address within 48 hours of approval. III. Refund Process and Timeframe

1. Refund Application Confirmation: After the goods inspection is successful, this website will immediately confirm the refund application. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment method (bank card, etc.). Changing the refund method is not supported (unless you explicitly agree).

2. Refund Timeframe: Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method. Please refer to the payment platform’s rules for details:

– Bank Card Payment: Refunds will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the bank’s processing speed.

– If you paid part of the price using points, coupons, etc., the refund will be returned in the corresponding form, according to the website’s points and coupon rules.

3. Special Notes: If you participated in discount or promotional activities during your purchase, and the return results in the inability to enjoy these discounts, the settlement will be based on the original prices of the items, with refunds for overpayments and additional charges for underpayments. IV. Shipping Costs

– No-reason returns: You will bear the return shipping costs (if the product has quality issues, logistics problems, or the wrong item was sent, the website will bear the return shipping costs. The shipping cost will be based on the actual courier fee incurred, not exceeding the website’s default courier fee standard);

– Reasonable returns (quality issues, logistics problems, wrong item sent): The website will bear the return shipping costs. If your returned goods do not comply with courier or customs regulations, resulting in returns, destruction, or other costs, you will be solely responsible.

2. Customized EDC accessories: Returns are only possible for goods with quality issues (not design flaws). Returns must ensure the goods are unused, unmodified, and all accessories are complete; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

3. Imported EDC accessories: Returns of imported EDC accessories must comply with customs regulations. You will need to provide relevant documentation (such as a copy of the import declaration). If you are unable to provide the necessary documentation, resulting in the inability to return the goods, you will be solely responsible. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and other related expenses for imported EDC accessories will be negotiated and borne by both parties based on the actual circumstances. VI. Liability Statement

1. You must guarantee the authenticity of your return request. If you provide false evidence (such as forged photos of quality problems, logistics records, etc.), this website reserves the right to refuse your return and refund request.
